User Control
Setup the program individual to your business.

Enter Customer & Job information (Max Capacity 10,000)

Calculates your schedule according to what you choose

Income Page
Records income as and when you complete jobs or send out invoices
Filtering and sorting inbuilt - eg. see the top ten in income amounts or all income from one particular customer - Sorting done by date to keep records chronological
See how long it took a customer to pay or how overdue they are
You may enter directly your own incomes - if so the program will retain over 60,000 items so you do not need to keep typing out the same description and cost
VAT reports and profit loss reports to any two dates you select
Expenses Page
Employee features such as wages (calculated as lump sum or hourly), payslips & tax/NI (optional)
Payslips (their look can be customised) saved as seperate files and can be emailed to the employee
Again the system retains over 60,000 items in a list of expenses so you don;t need to keep reentering the same information, with optional VAT calculator
Mileage calculator - works out the cost of your trips by the mile
Add items to your stock control (things used in your invoices)
VAT reports and profit loss reports to any two dates you select
Employee Page
Employee Database, Contact information, hourly rate, tax/NI %, when employed etc
Limit of 40 employees - we believe any company up until this size would be able to use this software most efficiently.
Debts Page
Tells who has owed you money and from when
How much they owe and associated invoice number if relevant
Very clear and colour coded - let the system know if a customer has subsequently settled their bill
Reports
Profit / Loss, employee & VAT/Tax Reports run from any dates with "quick links" for last week, month and year
All reports exported to seperate files where they can be saved or emailed - print off VAT/Tax or income information to give to your accountant.
Other Pages enable you as the user to determine the look of your system - add your logo to your invoice and reports - manage your stock or items that your invoices will need. Change the appearance of virtually anything - full instructions provided as to what can and can't be edited with protection of every sheet to help prevent the user changing something that will stop the program functioning.
