This really will help any window cleaner, from the sole person using a bucket and squeegee to the partners using the latest water-fed pole technology. This software has been used my many all over the world and has helped them to organise their businesses.

There are really two types of window cleaners - the ones who own huge rounds with big commercial contracts and the rest where customers rarely exceed 1000 and is run by the sole person with one or two casual workers.
Therefore we have designed two very different programs, one that has a capacity for 10,000 customers and 40 employees and a work assignment page where the main operator can assign jobs to teams or individual employees. These can be emailed to the employees. Payslips and professional invoices are also generated through this powerful software. Main functions are as above and the accompanying images reveal how simple the program is to use to schedule your work and track what you earn and are owed.
Above is your front page - the program has help screens and buttons that bring up quick easy to use menus. The advantage of using Excel as a platform is that information can be directly edited in the cells and any problems that might arise can be fixed through our program included with your purchase. For this the original CD needs to be kept by the user.
Each time you complete a job for a whole list of customers all you have to do is to enter the date JUST THE ONCE that you did so. You do not have to do this on the same day, but you could wait till the end of the week or whenever you feel like it. Eg: On the 12 October 06 you went out and completed 20 jobs - simply select all these cutomers and enter the date once and the system will update the lot in less than a few seconds. You can also keep track of debts, how much they owe, how overdue they are? Customisable and colour coded key. In summary it takes less than a few minutes to enter a whole weeks worth of work and run the report for that week.

However there are many other possibilities from daily, weekly, monthly reports detailing every customer that has been worked as well.
